Using the Route Report
The Route Report gives you a chronological list of every recorded trip across your fleet, with full journey detail per row.
Where it lives
From the left-hand menu, click Reports → Route Report (URL: /admin/resources/trip-reports).

Exporting
There are two export buttons:
- Export — standard export; one row per trip, all trips in the filtered date range.
- Daily export — groups trips by vehicle per day, producing one summary row per vehicle per day. Use this for per-diem calculations where you need a single daily total per vehicle rather than a breakdown by individual trip.
Common use cases
- Mileage reimbursement — filter by driver and date range, then export to confirm distance driven.
- Trip verification — check that a reported business trip matches the logged departure and arrival times.
- Compliance audit — export the full period to demonstrate driver activity and routes taken.
What’s next?
- Using the Mileage Report for monthly distance totals per vehicle
- Using the Driver Assignment Report to confirm which driver was assigned to a vehicle on a given date
