Using the Revenue Report
The Revenue Report shows what income each vehicle has generated, broken down by income category, for any period you choose.
Where it lives
From the left-hand menu, click Reports → Revenue Report (URL: /admin/resources/income-report).
Page layout
The page has two sections:
Donut chart (top) — a visual breakdown of total income by category, with each slice labelled with its category name and percentage share. The chart updates in real time as you change filters.
Table (below) — one row per vehicle, one column per income category, and a TOTAL column on the right. Amounts are shown in the selected currency.
Income categories
The table includes the following income category columns:

| Transport | Income from transport or haulage jobs |
| Czynsz (Lease / Rent) | Rental or leasing fees charged for the vehicle |
| Przejazd (Trip fare) | Per-trip charges (e.g. driver services, shuttles) |
| Sprzedaż pojazdu (Vehicle sale) | Proceeds from selling the vehicle |
| Zwolnienie (Exemption / Waiver) | Income adjustments or waived charges recorded as income |
| Inne (Other) | Any income that does not fit another category |
| TOTAL | Sum of all categories for that vehicle |
Filters
| Filter | Use |

| Typ (Vehicle type) | Show only cars, vans, trucks, etc. |
| Pojazd (Vehicle) | Narrow to a single vehicle |
| Kategoria (Category) | Show one income category across all vehicles |
| Rok (Year) | Switch calendar year |
| Miesiąc (Month) | Show one month only |
| Waluta (Currency) | Switch between EUR, PLN, and RON |
| Jednostka (Unit) | Show vehicles from one organisational unit |
| Group | Show vehicles in a named group |
All filters are combinable. The donut chart and table both update together.
Exporting
Click Eksportuj (Export) to download the filtered view to Excel. Apply your filters before exporting so the file contains only the scope you need.
Pairing with the Expense Report
The Revenue Report is the counterpart to the Expense Report. Run both for the same period and currency to get a per-vehicle profit-and-loss view outside of Movcar: export each, open them side by side, and subtract expenses from revenue by vehicle.
