Using the Mileage Report
The Mileage Report shows how many kilometres each vehicle has covered, broken down by month, for any year you choose.
Where it lives
From the left-hand menu, click Reports → Mileage Report (URL: /admin/resources/mileage-report).
Reading the table
The table has one row per vehicle and one column per calendar month (Jan through Dec), plus a Total column on the right. A TOTAL row at the bottom sums across all vehicles for each month.

| Jan – Dec | Distance driven in km during that month |
| Total | Sum of all months shown for that vehicle |
Values come from two sources combined: manual mileage entries (see How to record a mileage entry) and the distances calculated from logged routes (see How to log a route).
Filtering
| Filter | Use |

| Pojazd (Vehicle) | Narrow to a single vehicle |
| Rok (Year) | Switch calendar year |
| Miesiąc (Month) | Show only one month’s column |
| Jednostka (Unit) | Show vehicles from one organisational unit |
| Group | Show vehicles in a named group |
Exporting
Click Eksportuj (Export) to download the current view as an Excel or CSV file. The export respects your active filters, so apply them first if you only need a subset of the data.
