Downloading the Movcar driver app

The Movcar driver app is a free download for iPhone (iOS 15+) and Android (Android 8+). Drivers use it to log refuellings, record routes, complete handovers, report claims, and message the fleet office — without ever logging into the admin panel.

The Movcar app is published by Movcar Sp. z o.o. — check the publisher matches before installing.
What you’ll need to log in
Two things, both supplied by the fleet manager:
- Login credentials — either an email and password, or
- App Connection Code — a short code (e.g.
M3K7-Q2) that pairs the phone to a specific vehicle in the fleet.

📌 Don’t have an Connection Code? — ask your fleet manager to send one via Resending the App Connection Code.
After installing
Open the app, tap Pair vehicle (or Sign in), and follow the prompts. Once paired, the app is ready to use — see A tour of the driver app for a walkthrough of every screen.
Permissions the app asks for
| Permission | Why it’s needed |
|---|---|
| Location | To record routes and tag refuellings with the petrol station you used. Always-allow recommended for route tracking. |
| Camera | To take photos of handover damage, claim photos, fuel receipts. |
| Photos / Storage | To attach photos from your gallery (alternative to camera). |
| Notifications | To receive push messages from the fleet manager. |
You can change any of these later in your phone’s Settings → Movcar.
