How to edit a mileage entry
The most common reason to edit a mileage entry: typo in the odometer (5 digits instead of 6) or wrong vehicle selected when logging from the driver app.
Step 1 — Find the entry
Open My Fleet → Mileage. Use the search box (by vehicle plate) or scroll. The list is sorted by date, newest first.
Step 2 — Click the pencil icon
At the right end of the row: 👁 ✏️ 🗑. Click ✏️.
Step 3 — Fix the field
The edit form is the same as Add, pre-filled with current values:
- Date — change if logged on the wrong day.
- Vehicle — change if logged against the wrong vehicle.
- Odometer — fix typos. Same validation applies: the value must be greater than the previous reading for that vehicle.
- Notes / Attachment — add context if useful.
Step 4 — Save
Top-right, click Save. Green confirmation toast.
💡 Tip — If the mileage entry was auto-created by a refuelling (the “Register value also in Mileage section” checkbox), editing here only affects the mileage row — the original refuelling’s odometer stays as-was. To keep both in sync, edit the refuelling too — see How to edit a refuelling.
