Movcar is a cloud platform for managing vehicles — yours, your company’s, or your customers’. No hardware. No installation. Sign in from any browser or the Movcar mobile app and start tracking documents, expenses, mileage, refuellings, service operations and more in one place.

Who Movcar is for
- Small fleets (1–10 vehicles) — personal use, family fleets, micro-businesses. Start on the Free or Starter plan.
- Growing fleets (10–100 vehicles) — companies replacing spreadsheets, emails and calendar reminders. Premium or Corporate plan typically.
- Multi-location operations — multiple units (depots/sites), team members, driver permissions, and tachograph compliance. Corporate plan.
The Movcar mental model
Three core ideas:
- Vehicle is the centre of gravity. Almost everything in Movcar is attached to a vehicle — documents, fuel cards, mileage, service operations, drivers.
- Logs accumulate over time. Movcar doesn’t reset at year-end. Refuellings, mileage, and service operations build up into a lifetime record per vehicle.
- Plans turn logs into reminders. Without service plans, you have a history. With them, Movcar tells you what’s next — and surfaces it on the Status Overview.
Key interface elements
Logged into Movcar, you’ll see:
- Left sidebar — navigation by section (My Fleet, Service, Settings, Reports, Contact).
- Top-right corner — language switcher (26 languages), light/dark theme toggle, WhatsApp support shortcut, workspace switcher, active plan badge, profile menu.
- Main content area — whatever section you’re in. Lists have a search box, filter button, Import / Export / +Add buttons.
